It runs RutOS, Teltonika's OpenWrt-based firmware, and works with Teltonika's RMS remote management platform. The modem is LTE Cat 4 (up to 150 Mbps down, 50 Mbps up) with two Mini SIM slots that switch automatically on weak signal, data limits or connection failure. It has four 10/100 Ethernet ports, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, RS232 (DB9), RS485, USB 2.0 and GNSS. The I/O is a mix, not four identical inputs: dry, isolated and analog (0-24 V) inputs, an open-collector output and a 4 A relay, plus one input and one output on the power plug. Check this first: power is 9-30 V DC, and the PoE input is passive, which Teltonika states is not 802.3af/at compatible. The IP30 aluminium case is not dust-tight, so outdoors in Kuwait it needs a sealed enclosure; the -40 to 75 °C rating is fine.
