Overview
The Yealink W80B Multi-Cell DECT Base is a value-priced ip phone from Yealink, available at Centrix Kuwait with full manufacturer warranty. The Yealink W80B is the base station for Yealink's W80 multi-cell DECT system, for offices, clinics and buildings where one base cannot cover the floor plan. Handsets roam and hand over between bases mid-call. A W80 system is built from W80B bases plus a W80DM DECT Manager: Yealink specifies one W80DM with up to 30 W80B bases, 100 handsets and 100 simultaneous calls. Each base carries up to 8 calls. What is not in the box: handsets, and — per Yealink's datasheet — the power adapter is optional, so plan for PoE (802.3af) or order the adapter. No Ethernet cable is listed. Handsets need minimum firmware versions to register, which we check before supply. Not interchangeable with the W70B or the W90 system. Order on demand from Centrix Kuwait; delivery quoted on order.
