The Yeastar 4G LTE Module for P-Series & S-Series PBX is a value-priced accessorie from Yeastar, available at Centrix Kuwait with full manufacturer warranty. This is Yeastar's 4G LTE telephony module. It plugs into a module slot inside a Yeastar PBX and adds one mobile channel: put a SIM card in it and the PBX can make and receive calls and SMS over the mobile network, which is useful for cheaper calls to mobiles, or as a backup line when the landline or SIP trunk is down. Which PBXs it fits: Yeastar lists it for the P520 (1 module), P550 (up to 4), S20 (1), S50 (up to 4) and S412. On the P560 and P570 it does not go straight into the PBX; it sits on an EX08 expansion board, which is sold separately. Fitting it means opening the PBX's top cover, so plan a short shutdown. Know what you are buying: it is one channel per module, it does not support call waiting, and it cannot be used as a 4G router. On S-Series PBXs, using it for internet data only works on V2 hardware.
