The Yeastar EX08 is the expansion board that lets a P560 or P570 PBX take telephony modules. Unlike the P520 and P550, those two models have no module slots of their own: the modules sit on an expansion board instead. The EX08 has 4 module slots and 8 RJ11 ports on its panel. Fill it with S2 (FXS), O2 (FXO), SO, B2 (BRI) or GSM/3G/4G LTE modules, which are sold separately; the port LEDs show green for FXS, red for FXO and orange for BRI. A P560 takes one expansion board and a P570 takes two. Know what you are buying: on its own the board adds no lines, you need modules for that. The board shares the expansion position with the EX30 (E1/T1/PRI) board, so a P560 with an EX08 has no room for an EX30. Installing it means removing the PBX's top cover, so plan a short shutdown.
