Overview
The Grandstream GDS3712 1080p 180° SIP video door intercom is a value-priced security from Grandstream, available at Centrix Kuwait with full manufacturer warranty. The Grandstream GDS3712 is a SIP video door intercom that doubles as a 1080p surveillance camera. It is for villas, building entrances, gates and office doors where visitors press a call button and staff answer on an IP phone, video phone or the Grandstream Wave app, then open the door remotely. The 2MP hemispheric camera covers 180° horizontally, wall to wall, at 1920x1080 and 30 fps, with WDR up to 120dB for bright backlit entrances. The camera works with any ONVIF-compliant recorder or Grandstream's GSURF Pro software. Two relays can drive an electric lock and a light or alarm output, and two alarm inputs take an exit button and a door sensor. The built-in microphone and 2W speaker handle two-way audio. It runs on 802.3af PoE (Class 3) or a 12V supply. The metal housing is rated IP66 and IK10 and operates from -30 to 60 °C. In full Kuwait summer sun, a metal face can heat above the air temperature, so a shaded or hooded position is sensible. Check this first: the GDS3712 has no keypad or RFID card reader. For PIN or card entry, choose the GDS3710 or GDS3705. The 12V adapter and in-wall mounting kit are not included. Priced at 65 KWD, supplied from local Kuwait stock with same-week delivery and bilingual technical support.
