Ubiquiti UniFi G4 Doorbell Pro

Overview

The Ubiquiti UniFi G4 Doorbell Pro is a mid-range security from Ubiquiti, available at Centrix Kuwait with full manufacturer warranty. The UniFi G4 Doorbell Pro is a smart doorbell with a 5 megapixel camera across a 155 degree field of view, a 5 inch LCD touchscreen, two-way audio and AI package detection. It runs on PoE or AC. The 155 degree field of view is wide enough to capture a visitor head to toe at close range, which is where narrower doorbell cameras fail — showing a forehead rather than a person. Package detection classifies deliveries specifically, so an alert arrives when something is left rather than every time someone walks past. The front-facing LCD display shows custom messages to whoever is at the door, which is useful for deliveries and after-hours callers. PoE is the preferable power option: one cable carries power and data, with no transformer or doorbell chime wiring to adapt. AC is available where a cable run is impractical. This requires a UniFi Protect host — a Cloud Key Gen2 Plus, Dream Machine or UNVR — for recording and management. It is not a standalone product, and that is the most common mistake when ordering one. Centrix supplies genuine Ubiquiti stock from authorised channels in Kuwait and can supply the Protect host with it. Priced at 179 KWD, supplied from local Kuwait stock with same-week delivery and bilingual technical support.
