The Yeastar P560 PBX System is a professional-grade pbx & ucm from Yeastar, available at Centrix Kuwait with full manufacturer warranty. The Yeastar P560 supports up to 100 users and 30 concurrent calls, with modular expansion and the Linkus unified communications client. There are no per-extension fees: the appliance is bought once and runs on Yeastar's free Basic Plan, and paid Standard, Enterprise or Ultimate plans add features such as advanced call-centre tools and video conferencing. A hosted system charges monthly per extension for as long as you use it. For a stable 50-100 person organisation, the appliance usually costs less within two years, and the calculation is worth doing with real numbers rather than assumed. The modular slots accept FXO, FXS, BRI or GSM cards. FXO connects existing analogue lines from your provider; FXS connects analogue devices you already have — fax machines, door entry phones, older handsets — so a migration need not replace everything at once. Linkus extends extensions to mobile and desktop, so staff take their number with them, which is what most organisations actually want when they say remote working. The operator and queue panels cover reception and light call-centre use; check which plan includes the panels you need. Centrix supplies, configures and supports Yeastar in Kuwait.
